How do I track my order?
Once your item ships you will be sent a email with you tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
I have not received my order yet?
You can track your package with the tracking number that was emailed to you when the order shipped. Processing takes 1-7 days and shipping will take 2-4 weeks. You can track your package with the tracking number that was emailed to you when the order shipped. If you don’t receive your order within 45 days please contact us and we will refund your money.
Who will deliver my package?
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS but most of our packages are delivered by USPS.
What if I put the wrong mailing address?
Contact us within 2 days of the order date with the correct address and we will change it for you as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Email us your full name, correct address, and your order number and we will try to update the order. Once your order ships we can’t change the ship to address and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
What if I don’t like my item? Can I return it?
Returns are accepted as long as they don’t exceed 30 days from when your order was delivered. All returns should be if perfect new condition that have not been worn. The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds depending on the situation and is subjected to the sole discretion of MajesticTime. Please contact us so we can email you a return authorization number, we don’t accept packages without a return authorization number. Return postage must be paid by the customer and include a delivery confirmation. Please email us proof of postage and the confirmation tracking number.
Promotional/On Sale/Clearance/Free items are not eligible for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds can take up to 14 working days.
